At amnou, each piece is prepared with care. Therefore, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchanges are available for unused items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging attached, subject to availability.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn or unused
In the same condition that you received it
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags or packaging cannot be exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@amnou.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@amnou.com with your order number and the details of your request.

Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the next steps.

Items sent back to us without first contacting amnou and receiving approval will not be accepted.
